Vlog Overflow Error

I've gotten busy lately, and suddenly I find myself with way too many Youtube videos to watch.  But "Project for Awesome" has started, again, so that means we're going to have lots of Youtubers rambling on about that for their entire video(s), which I can simply skip!

And hey, what a surprise, I'm already facepalming at these Katers videos.  Not only am I tired of every other scene of these videos being about that dog or of her obsessing over getting back home to the thing, but now this dog is her excuse for why her video production quality is going to suffer.  She spent a fortune on this mini pet factory animal and associated items, and now she can't even afford to fix her camera.  You know, the thing which makes her her living.  And if that wasn't stupid enough by itself, what does Cory do?  He takes the camera from her and violently shakes it around trying to be funny.  And emphasis on "trying" because his antics really aren't amusing me anymore.

Speaking of Cory, what happened with that huge thing he was working on with leaving Youtube?  Seems his excitement has suddenly fizzled out, pretty much as I already predicted in a previous post.

And Christ, in this next video, Cory has his hand stuck inside some glass head.

Two or three more Katers videos skipped through in less than a minute.  Now we're to one where Cory said he hasn't finished Christmas shopping for Kate because he's going to wait till after the 21st in case the world ends.  Please let him have been kidding, because the amount of facepalming here is at critical levels.

On the bright side, this same video has them out shopping and doing things away from the house and the dog for most of the video for a change.  Cory was a bit loopy, throwing things and all as usual, but at least this one was a bit entertaining again.  But then the video concludes with him dropping the camera Kate can't afford to fix from the upstairs.

Wow I didn't expect to tear through so many videos so quickly.  So much for this being an interesting post!  All that was left was some electrical and automotive channels, some Wheezy Waiter, some Boogie, etc.  Nothing to really talk about.  Oh well!

Yeah, that whole thing with Cory shaking the camera to "fix it" pissed me off and using the dog as an excuse is very stupid. Also, she blames being a "puppy mommy" for her short vlogs lately. Really? Because you edited and uploaded a 17 minute vlog when you got the dog.

The whole KatersoneSaftey thing is a bit boring at this point. I'll watch it when they actually do something. It would be different if 2-3 minute vlogs were the norm like Toby's vlogs and he updates content daily, runs 3 channels, and has a job outside of YT. Having a new puppy isn't really an excuse. As for the newer vlog where she mentions signing up for a web survey job of some sort... HOW will she have the time for that, seeing as there's a constant backlog of vlogs by 3 or 4 days at a time?

Staticharge, I really do enjoy you your posts about various YT goings on in both an objective mature manner but, also as a viewer of the vlogs as well. Thanks for indtroucing me to Boogie. It's a shame that I hadn't found that channel sooner. I do think "Project for Awesome" is a good idea when the videos are done well but, on some channels given the content it just seems out of place.
It's tax season soon so be ready for the trials and tribulation of YT content creators (Kate and Cory)actually having to do something mildly adult or business savvy to stay afloat.

Also, what is up with Cory coming to defend Kate in the comments of her vlogs now? Shes a big girl Cory, she can take care of herself.

Hey thanks for the comments, folks. It's always nice to see that there are people who can watch the same stuff I do and yet still be open-minded enough for honest criticism.

And hey, I'm glad to have introduced someone to Boogie (or to any Youtuber) if it's content they find enjoyable.

As for tax season, I do find that interesting. Last year, for example, we seemed to discover that Cory potentially didn't have the money left to pay for his huge contest winnings. You know, the ones he took advantage of his celebrity status to win. Who knows what insight this year's will bring.

And if Cory is (still) defending Kate in comments, I imagine it's because some of them are making her mopy and upset, so Cory takes it upon himself to fight off the big bad trolls. But who knows. I mean, I thought he was "done" with Youtube, eh?

I really dont understand Cory's "positivity or nothing" approach to EVERYTHING. Imagine if contestants on the x-factor received nothing but positive comments from the judges on their performances and kept their actual opinions to themselves. How is one meant to grow as a person with that kind of philosophy?

I feel like he's confusing constructive criticism and trolling. I don't like how Kate bought a dog from a breeder. I don't like how she's changed since she started dating Cory. I don't like that she doesn't seem to spend time with the cats anymore. I don't like how they complain about having no money, either get a job or work harder on your main channel videos. I wish Cory would stop acting like a child. If I ever said all this on a Katers video, it would either be removed or Cory would positivity rage on me.
